We had the plastic (not stainless steel version) for years and decided to replace it with this. We got a bunch of refills at the same time. Within 2 months, this had broken, so we bought another one since we had all the refills, and the second one broke within a month. Not sure why it's built so differently, but we'll have to return our refills and go with something else.

I have couple of this palm brush around sinks and baths. Whenever i take a shower, i always use this to clean around bath so it dont have big mess for bath in long time.

Loved these brushes and used them for 10+ years. Sleek design, compact and effective at cleaning. However, these have recently been redesigned so that the brush screws on to a stem instead of the old way that twisted and snapped in place. Now, the stem breaks off after a few weeks/months which renders the whole thing useless! I’ve replaced these 3 times in 9 months. I see from recent reviews, others have had the same experience. Very disappointed!

The screw cap for the brush to connect snaps randomly, I was super confused at first. I saw a review that said the same thing but I thought they may have gotten a bad one, so I took a chance. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you’re willing to take a chance.

Loved this brush until the plastic snapped. Now we can’t use it. Only had it 5 months when it broke. I love OXO products, but this one is unfortunately not good quality.

I have been using this palm brush for about 15 years and in the beginning, only had to replace the brush, which is normal. The last few years the plastic spiral/screw on piece on the handle part breaks every few months. Luckily either Oxo or Bed Bath and Beyond will replace it free of charge but it's aggravating that it doesn't last anymore since I do love using this brush.

The brush keeps falling off because the plastic stem that the brush screws onto breaks off long before you get to use the replacement brush attachments.

This product worked well initial. After 3 1/2 months I have to tape it shut and the place where the soap is dispensed has completely broken out. This product is a big disappointment.
