OXO® Prep Y-Peeler for Julienne Cutting

I love this tool. It's great for peeling just about anything. I use the julienne cutting for potatoes (I air fry them), zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, squash - try it on anything. It works easily and is easy to clean.

This little thing is awesome. Great addition to the kitchen for salad makers!

I don't think you can find a sharper one of these. It glides through all of my peeling of vegies. I think it would work for cheese too but haven't tried it yet.

Good product

This makes a decent shred. Cleanup, speed, and shred shape are better than a box shredder. However, the handle was a bit short and hard to hold onto. This also does not come with a blade guard so be careful putting this in your utensil drawer. Tip: use a fork to hold one end of the vegetable rather than fingers, else fingers could be part of your meal.

Did not like this product.

This product is really sharp which I know should be a good thing, but it feels a little too sharp if you know what I mean. I have cut my hand on this so I would recommend holding your veggies with a towel before slicing.
