I have always dreamed of skewers that didn’t allow the food to spin…little did I know the power of flat skewers! These things are amazing. I normally purchase kitchen items at expensive kitchen stores…these do not compare! These have a lot more surface area and are sturdier. Dishwasher safe to boot. I leave the handle outside the grill for easy turning - it’s still hot so I use a kitchen towel to turn them. I saw one review that said they were stained and she was returning them…? If that is a concern - recommend to not put the handle of the skewer directly over the fire. I do that and mine are not stained.

These skewers have a flat blade that is not too thick, so they are small enough for shrimp, but keep food from spinning on the skewer.

I love these. They allow you to easily manage turning the skewers while BBQ. When the BBQ is over, it is so elegant for serving. Everyone loves them when I invite people over!
