My son 7 years old , loves it! It keeps the food inside so no leaking , easy to open and clean .

I feel like my fruit is going bad even quicker in this container. Definitely a waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and included colander! I used this recently to take some cherries to a park playdate we had. I loved that I could quickly wash the fruit and throw it in the container knowing the water will drain instead of needing to dry them off or have them sitting in a pool of water. The size is perfect for small snacking for kids or adults! the lid closes tightly, no need to worry about leaking. Just the best for on the go and storage at home too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These meal prep containers with colander's are fairly well made for the price point. I've had issues in the past with them cracking when taking off the lid, however, this has only occurred after long term use. They accommodate my reasonably portioned meals of a protein, veggie, and a starch. I would recommend this product for anyone who is interested in meal prepping but doesn't want to invest in higher-end Tupperware. I do usually hand wash the container so I cannot attest to their durability if constantly thrown through the dishwasher. I have had no issues microwaving the containers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OXO Prep & Go Container with Colander is a small container with a colander basket that is removable. The sides of the container are sloped, so the bottom colander is about 3 x 5.5 inches, or less. The container may be used without the colander. The bottom of the container states it has a 1.9 cup or 0.4 liter capacity. A whole number capacity would have made more sense, such as 2 cups, if the container is being used to store a pre-measured ingredient. The plastic top has 2 side hinges that clasp to the bottom of the container on the longer sides of the container to close it. They snap shut relatively easily. The shorter sides do not have clasps that close. The top cover has a blue, silicone, removable seal that fits within the bottom container to close, rather than directly on the bottom container edges. The container fit about four mushrooms or five radishes or a handful of mint leaves. It was not easy to wash the produce and herbs in the colander because it is so small. To avoid the likelihood of keeping the dirt within the colander, I washed the produce first, then placed the washed produce in the container. I did not try to put it in the freezer to see if ice crystals formed on the produce, but this would be a good test to see if it is truly leak resistant. The product is too small to use as a colander, because produce doesn't move freely enough to have the dirt washed off. It is not a very useful product because of the size and difficulty in using the colander to wash produce, so I do not recommend it. It might be more useful if it came in larger sizes.
