I *LOVE* this mop! The pull-out scrubber is *brilliant*- I used to get down on hands and knees with a sponge to get hard-to-clean spots, and now I just pull out the scrubber and it's gone in a second! I used to use a Swiffer mop, but hated that I had to use and throw out 2 mop pads every time I cleaned. Now I can just toss the pad in the washing machine and continue to use it! The refillable bottle is my other favorite thing- I really like not being tied to buying a specific brand of cleaner :) The spray is much more effective than wet-mop pads, too. Icing on the cake- the hook means it hangs perfectly on my cleaning rack! I know it's kind of odd to be so excited about a mop, but it is absolutely perfectly, thoughtfully, conscientiously designed in every single way. It's also the most environmentally conscious spray-mop (non-bucket mop) I could find, with the refillable bottle and washable microfiber pad- yay environment!

I loved this mop in the beginning! It was exactly what I was hoping for - easy refill container, and easy to clean the floors with the spray device. Then the 3rd time I used it, I refilled the bottle and the entire 15oz bottle of liquid flooded the floor in the matter of minutes. I came back a week later to re-try and the same thing happened again. It did not do this in the beginning - I searched the internet to see if it was something I was doing wrong/could be fixed. Other customers had a similar experience from my research. Poorly made. Planning on returning.

I've gone through two of these mops. Each one has leaked. I love the idea of them, but it's obviously made very poorly. My second one is now going in the trash and I'll need to find a different brand to try out.

Works great and is so much cheaper in the long run to products like Swiffer. No more buying pads or cleaner. Better for your wallet and the enviroment.

I really liked this mop but for 2 problems: ( 1 ) The water cup is very difficult to remove, and( 2 ) the mop head will detach from the pole without pressing down on the release button.

Purchased this product in May and like others have stated the 1st use was fine, the second time I used the solution leaked out. So I tried yesterday thinking maybe I didn't have the bottle seated correctly. Started leaking the minute I filled it up.
