Item came quickly and just as described. Works very well in crisping bacon evenly and twice as fast. Great on the BBQ, if you preheat it you can half the cooking time with grill marks on both sides and no flipping to break up your homemade patties. Great buy.

I have especially enjoyed this during tomato season when I am cooking lots (and I mean LOTS) of tomato sandwiches. This works BEAUTIFULLY to keep the edges of my bacon from curling. (I suspect that is not supposed to be it's primary use - but it's how I use it.) I have used it MANY MANY time and love it .

3 lbs of weight is just right. At 8” long can’t use it in smallest pan. So happy I got this.

This is great! Heavy cast iron material and super useful when you need to evenly distribute heat while cooking. For all those times you used a cup, pot or some odd object in your kitchen to press something down, this is your gadget!
