I like this pan more than a 3, but I went with 4(no 3.5). It is a nice pan. I have not had any issues cooking in it, someone commented that all foods/oils ran to the outside edges. HOWEVER, I was not prepared for how hot the handle got. I have to use a mitt with it. So, depending on my annoyance level of having to remember to do that will determine the longevity of it.
I purchased this pan a my local BB&B, out of my own money. This is review is based on using the pan for 2 weeks on a gas range. I rated only 3 stars for Value and Quality due to the rounded bottom. Durability is uncertain after only owing for 2 weeks, but due to the weight of the pan I would speculate the pan itself would outlast the non-stick surface. So the question is, how long will the non-stick surface hold up? This is not a pan for searing meat when you need a little oil to stay in the center of the pan. Instead the oil runs to the outside edges. I am not a fan of searing without oil and prefer to use a little extra virgin olive oil (which is beneficial to our health). I tried frying eggs (again with a little EVO). I cracked them into the center of the pan and they ran to the sides of the pan. And yes, my stove is level. PROs: Non-stick (at least when used with oil), size & depth are good, shape of handle (fits nicely in the hand), heavy-weight (shouldn't warp or bend/dent if dropped). CONs: Everything rolls to the outside edges as the bottom is not flat, handle gets hot.

This good-quality non-stick pan is durable and easy to clean. The handle can get a little hot, but that's the trade-off for a pan which can also be used in the oven. It's great addition to my cookware set.

I purchased the set of two pans, 9 and 11". The bottom of the pan is not flat so when you drop an egg in they run to the outside. Also the handle acts as a heat sink and causes the handle side of the pan to become cooler then the rest of the pan and the handle gets very hot.

The handle on this pan gets so hot! First time I used it I burned my hand. Since I’ve already used it I figured I can’t return it but man I sure would love to. Stay away from this pan and don’t make the mistake I made.
The pan, as far as cooking goes, is just fine. However, I left the pan sitting in my white, farmhouse sink and the bottom of the pan rusted my sink. It’s been a while and I still can’t get the stain out of my sink. I only paid a little over $6 for this pan - that’s why I gave the “Value” rating 5 stars.

I was disappointed this fry pan is so light weight. Not so good for making single hamburger because it does not sustain level of heat. Next time I will have to spring for a heavier better constructed fry pan.
