When I first received these pans I liked how they look, felt and were well made. They heated up nice and evenly and were not to heavy. These sizes worked great for the various items I have cooked in them for breakfast and dinner. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 was because they are not dishwasher safe. I personally like to put all of my pots and pans in the dishwasher.

Just arrived. Packaging says "do not use over direct flames" even though your website touts "can be used on all cooktops". I have a gas stove with direct flames which the packaging warns can damage cookware. I would not have ordered if this restriction was on the website.

Scratches glass top stove

The bottom of the pans have a ledge that scratched my brand new glass top stove. And only after a few uses the inside of the pans have scratches and that is with a plastic spatula.

The non stick only lasted for a couple of months,then everything burnt and it took a day of soaking and scrubbing, throwing them out!

After 2 months these pans lost their “non stick” capability, now all they do is burn and it takes 2 days of scrubbing and soaking! Biggest waste of money!

DANGEROUS PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This skillet set needs to be recalled! I bought it 2 weeks ago to replace a set that given years of use, has lost the non-stick coating. I used the smaller skillet to fry some eggs. I have a gas stove and usually fry eggs on medium temperature. After letting the eggs attain my desired texture, as I went to grab the handle to use the spatula and put the eggs on a plate, I burned the palm of my hand on the handle of the pan because it was as hot as if a had put my hand on the fire itself! - The handle on these pots is nothing but a heat conduit. Had it not been for my quick reaction to pull my hand back, I would've had a third degree burn on the palm of my hand! I cannot believe Bed Bath & Beyond would put such a poor product on the market let alone, attach their reputation to such a dangerous product! This brand is apparently Bed Bath & Beyond's own design. It is also a lawsuit waiting to happen and it needs to be recalled and taken off the shelves before someone gets seriously hurt. I will note that I bought these pans to make easier for my 15 year old daughter to cook certain things for herself. Had she been the one using these, I don't want to imagine how seriously she could've been hurt! - TAKE THESE OFF THE SHELVES and issue a recall!

This was not really non-stick; burned easily, and tough to get the oil stains out. Had to throw it out.
