I use lemon a lot in recipes. Typically, I'll use the hand juicer with the juice landing directly into the container. Every now and again, you need to squeeze the lemon directly over food and this juicer is perfect for those occasions! You don't have to be super strong to use it and it cleans easily.

This squeezer I use in my kitchen as opposed to the other one I bought in a grocery store years ago. That one now stays in kitchen of the wonderful lady to whom I'm a caregiver.
