Our Table™ Aluminum Bakeware 9-Inch Round Cake Pan

I am a professional baker and needed to quickly buy two 9” pans. These were in stock at a fair price. I ruined 4 cakes using these pans. I have never had a cake stick and rise so unevenly. To compare, I used the same batter in my professional pans and they came out perfectly. It’s a shame to have wasted so much product.

I really love my new aluminum baking pans. Have had bad luck with non-stick pans. But these are great. Will buy more.

This Our Table 9” round baking pan is Great. It is strong, not too thick, light weight, and with the folded over edge along the top, it makes it easier to pull out of the oven. It bakes evenly which is vey important to me when I’m baking cakes. Easy to clean. I would recommend Our Table 9” round baking pan to anyone.

The cake pan arrived in good shape with no defects. The pan itself was a medium weight with rolled edges. The label stated that it was aluminum and oven safe up to 450 degrees. There was no nonstick inner layer. The label also stated that hand washing was recommended and that the pan was not dishwasher safe. I used the pan for 2 applications. First, I used the pan to bake a cake at 350 degrees with nonstick spray. It took slightly longer for the cake to bake, but there was no burning or scorching. I was able to release the cake without significant sticking. Pan cleanup was easy with soap and water. I next used the pan to bake biscuits at 400 degrees. When I checked the biscuits 5 minutes after the suggested time, the tops were brown, but the bottom surface was not. Again, the biscuits turned out easily. I noticed two issues with the pan. First, the heat conductivity was not what I expected, especially from an aluminum pan. When using two familiar recipes, the baked goods took longer, and the bottom surface of the biscuits did not brown. Second, the pan had scratches after cleaning, even when using a nonstick scrubber. Again, this is due to being an aluminum pan. Overall, I would recommend the pan for general use, although recipes may take longer and it must be gently cleaned.

I was really surprised how heavy this cake pan was. Feels very sturdy and good quality. I baked a devil’s food cake and it turned out perfect. But my favorite thing about this pan was that imprinted on the pan is the size. I wish all pans had this

If you need to make a quick cake mix from the store or a homemade cake, this handy versatile pan will get the job done for you. I enjoyed using the cake pan and it was very durable in the oven. My cake turned out fabulous and beautiful!

This pan cooked my cake nice and evenly throughout the entire thing, it cooled off quickly so i could release it. I may need to buy a few more of these. I did lower the temperature just a bit so I could keep an eye it. came out beautifully
