Let's start with the good news -- it's a solid, reliable toothbrush from a brand that I have known and trusted for decades. It has a buzzing feature that tells you when it's time to move to another quadrant of your mouth. This ensures you complete the recommended 2 minutes of brushing. It doesn't shut off after 2 minutes, which means you can keep brushing to your heart's delight or just turn it off. What I don't love is that to turn it off, you have to then click a couple more times. Call me picky, when I want it off, I want it off -- pushing a button a bunch more times seems silly. That said, I use one brush head and my son uses the other. He needs a more gentle toothbrush, so the additional more gentler setting is good for him. My other complaint, to the extent it is one, is that there is no place to store the heads. I thought it came with a toothbrush head holder, but it's only a charger for the base. Overall, it still gets 5 stars for quality and reliability.

It has some neat features, such as Bluetooth connectivity and an app. The most useful feature for me is the little red light that lets you know if you are using too much pressure while brushing. Seems I have been using too much pressure all this time, which can contribute to sensitivity. Holds a charge very well. Love all of my Oral-B products.

My teeth are super sensitive so I was apprehensive on using this toothbrush. Let me tell you, this is the best toothbrush I have ever used. It doesnt hurt my teeth or gums. It gets all the plaque off my teeth and it gets them so clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband and he tells me that the Oral-B Gum and Sensitive Care Electric Toothbrush cleans very well when using the normal (fast) setting. His mouth and teeth feel really good after brushing with this toothbrush. This toothbrush came with a travel case, charger, and two brush heads. It doesn’t have any problems with holding a charge, but we do charge it after each use. It has a tiny footprint compared to other Oral-B brushes I have used, which makes it great for traveling. My husband is an aggressive brusher and the dentist has told him that he brushes too hard and doesn't have any enamel left on his teeth. He loves that this toothbrush comes with a pressure sensor that alerts him if he is pressing too hard.

I could notice an almost immediate difference after brushing. The electric does such a better job! The timer helps me make sure I'm brushing long enough, while the pressure sensor makes sure I'm not applying too much pressure. Very intelligent and easy to use design by the electric toothbrush experts, Oral-B. Will definitely be sticking with the electric now that I've made the switch!
