I received this for my birthday 4 years ago. After debating on a vitamix vs a small blender like this one, we went for this one based on price and size. Not one day have we regretted it. It has been a workhorse. Smoothies in the morning, hummus, frozen banana fluff- you name it. We have worn out one blade, but that was no problem, it comes with two. Just this week I believe our little mighty friend has given up, it has started to smoke when my daughter makes her post workout smoothie in the evenings. It is a sad week, but because of our family's love for this crazy thing we are looking into buying another one in the next few days!

I could say some good things about the NutriBullet Pro, but unfortunately, every single one of them would be negated by the company telling me that they will not be able to honor the warranty on the unit. I received an email a few days ago stating that if I need to send my NutriBullet Pro in for repair, they currently only replace all NutriBullet units (no repair work is done) and that for the 900s, they will only be able to replace a Pro with a regular 600. What?! I bought a Pro, not a 600! So how do I not get a replacement of my unit with the same unit? Beware, and do your research if you just bought or currently own a Pro unit. You are in for a nasty surprise.

Unfortunately found out that this was making me very ill. I didn't quite know what it was exactly until I investigate it one day. It just was every time in the past few months that I would make my smoothie soon after I would have a very upset stomach. I always clean my product well and even sterilize it in the dishwasher, but then one day while cleaning it around the rubber near the blade this sediment gunk came out which was all "black". Yuk! Unfortunately it is now too late for me to return this. This is quite upsetting for me.

I loved my Nutri Bullet. My family did not use it everyday, but it died and I want to get a new one. After seeing so many negative reviews, I’m not sure if I want too. Why can’t these things last?!!

Too hard to use with all the twisting and pushing. I want to push a button. Too much drama to get a smoothie. Not necessary. I liked the size and design but not the functionality.
