[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family is big on fruit smoothies and ice cream milkshakes so I was excited to try the Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-IQ. I love the suction cups on the bottom of the blender base. My previous blender was great, but it would vibrate off of the countertop if I did not hold it in place. It would be nice if there was a release button for the suction cups. They work so well, it can be difficult to pull the blender base off the counter to put it away. We made a milkshake by adding a whole, frozen pint of ice cream and about 3 cups of milk. It took about 4 minutes to get it blended well. In hindsight, we should have let the ice cream soften or scoop it out so that it was not a solid mass. Still, 4 minutes of blending was not bad and it did not overheat or stress the blender at all. For our fruit smoothies, we use frozen fruit, fresh bananas, and a little juice. We set the blender on "smoothie" mode and it worked great. Using the Auto-IQ, I was able to leave the room and come back, as it turns itself off automatically. The lid of the blender is designed to snap on securely. This is a nice feature, but the drawback is that you can not easily lift the lid to give the contents a stir with a spoon. However, this was not necessary when we used the Auto-IQ. The pouring spout is my favorite lid feature. With my previous blender, my smoothies would end up slopping out of the glasses while I was trying to pour them. The 2 bullet type of blending containers are wonderful for when I just want to make enough smoothie for myself and can take it on the go. Overall, I am very pleased with the Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-IQ and have already recommended it to my friends and family.
The pitcher on the blender has cracked twice in the last year and a half.. We often put frozen bananas in it and it cracked on the sides and under the chopping mechanism. This is our second replacement and the same thing happened .

My husband got me this for Christmas and I love it. I have used it so many times since he got it for me. I've made smoothies, pizza dough, bread sticks. It does everything. I love it. It has two single cups for single smoothies or whatever else you wanna make. It comes with the lids too. It comes with the big blender and also has a food processor that has the sharp blades for cutting things up and then it has the dough blade for mixes doughs up. It is a real handle machine that everyone should get. And ninja brand works really well and seems to last a long time. I have a smaller food processor that is ninja and I got it for roses over 6 years ago and it still works great.

Blender cracked in multiple spots after 3 months of use. Absolutely ridiculous as I only used it for smoothies. I would avoid this company as they seem to have dropped the ball on quality. The part is also “not covered by warranty”. Two thumbs down in every category.

I love this machine. I wanted this for so long finally I good it at good Price. I wish they have include shredding tools in too. I’m looking into it. if I can buy it separates that would be compatible with this machine.

My ninja was bought in 2021. So now that the bottom of the blender bowl has fallen off and I can't get the blender to work anymore. I think this is a common problem as I have seen some on the internet.

This thing is amazing, very useful functional and the power is great. Blades are very sharp. My niece loves making smoothies and it’s great for blending salsas and spices. Also great for using the food processor for making pico de gallo and chopping veggies.

I bought it on October 2021 and on december 2022 the short food processer cup broke on the botttom. At first I thought I only had to adjust the screws but the plastic broke so there is no solution. I only use it to chop soft things or for the dough, I hand wash and take care of it but the product seems to have an expiration date. I guess is a matter of time before the other cups get damaged

Love my unit! The only downside is that the smoothie cups are so large. I wish they had 8 ounce cups so that you could use them as a mini food processor as well. 32 ounces is big.
