I love cooking with my Ninja Foodi. I had to experiment with the cookies/frying/grilling times,but love how convenient it is and all that it can do. I am very disappointed with the quality of the basket inserts. They are advertised as dishwasher safe, but they over the course of the year that I have owned it, the baskets are chipped. I'd like to replace them, but wary that the replacements may do the same thing. Also worried that the enamel may chip off onto food. I hope that Ninja reaches out to me.

Apparently Ninja products are only good until the warranty expires. I should have learned my lesson by now. I liked my Ninja Foodi at first but now I'm having issues with the grill shield staying in place. I open it to check on my food and it is laying on top of my food. I really don't use it that often so the shield should not just be falling out. I clean it really well after every use and I feel that it puts off an odor every time I do use it. Almost like burnt oil. Not sure why it would be putting off this odor. Just overall disappointed.

This is a great substitute if you live in an apartment and do not have access to use a charcoal or gas grill. It makes the juiciest steaks and is a great go to when you want to grill hot dogs or sausages for a quick dinner. The only part I don't like is that it always makes my smoke detector go off when I use it. Otherwise excellent product.

I really like it. My only complaint is that the accessories to go with it, are too expensive.

I actually use this more than the oven! Grilled chicken and turkey burgers have never tasted so good. The best part is afterwards and how easy it is to clean up. The cooking temperature always stays consistent and in my dozens of times using it I have never burned a chicken breast or burger. And when you’re done cooking the meat you can simply change settings to air fry vegetables. One of the best inventions ever.

I loved this until 2 days after the warranty was up it quit working. The sensor on the lid kept saying close lid even when it was closed. Now it just sits unused. It really was a great grill and air fryer. Too bad it doesn’t last. I also have the XL oven and the blender and I’m hoping they last. I’m single and thought these would last for a good while, that’s why I spent so much on them. Lesson learned!! Hope it’s just a fluke and others don’t have the same problem. You

My husband and I bought the Ninja Grill 2 years ago. We live in a condo and aren’t allowed to have a gas grill. It was the best thing we did. Food comes out amazing and it cleans wonderful& we use it at least 4 times a week in some compacity. Have experienced no chipping or problems at all!!! Love it.
