Once I purchased my home I started buying items I always wanted but knew I had some renovating to do. Months later when I finally moved in I started decorating. I loved the white cotton 3 piece comforter set and began using it right away. Another month I washed it and put in dryer to gently dry. I was so disappointed that it Crumbled up together and I couldn't separate the bumps. When I oozed on my order history it was way over the return time. Now I see it on sale and want to have a white comforter but I'm allergic to down and afraid the comforter will be the same. I am a loyal BB&B customer but it was money & time wasted as it sits in my closet not good enough to use again.

Bought this many weeks ago and haven’t had time to put it on until today. All the reviews say it was crunchy after a wash. Mine was crunchy out of the bag. A waste of a lot of money!

It was fine till I put it in the dryer for 20 minutes and the inside became crunchy! From my knowledge, the instructions say nothing about not being able to dry it in the dryer! I’m so sad about it!! Going to return soon, just glad it’s within the 90 day return policy (:

This was just starting to be broken in and comfortable. My pup had an accident so I washed and dried it a little. The inside foam must have dried to the outside material and it was all hard and crunchy and I have been trying to pull it all apart to see of its salvageable. It is not. What a shame.

Loved this product until I washed it and it got completely ruined. The inside burnt and became hard and crunchy. I’m so sad because this was my favourite comforter and it’s ruined. Still giving it 4 stars because it was amazing to sleep in.

Loved this til i washed it, was so soft and the perfect weight. First time washing it the filling is destroyed the whole comforter is crackly and hard.
