I’ve been searching for a pillow that doesn’t make my neck hurt or give me a headache the next morning for years. I’ve tried them all, cheap to expensive and i always wake with a headache or neck ache or both. I was at my parents house over Christmas for over a week and not once did I wake with aches and pains. This pillow has been a life saver. Pain free in the mornings and I’m sleeping better as well. Always thought my back pain was from my new mattress but once I started using the Nestwell pillows that has subsided as well. I definitely recommend this pillow. It keeps it shape while sleeping no longer have to flip and fluff during the night (although I did the first few nights out of habit). Medium really is the perfect medium, not too hard, not too soft, Hope others sleep as peacefully as I have.
