I bought this literally today had about two Coffees altogether, and although there is a bit of a learning curve from Keurig it’s definitely been worth both the price and the slight hassle to get used to it five stars all day!

We are sorry to learn that you are not satisfied with the temperature of your coffee, and we thank you for your feedback. Our Vertuo line brewing systems operate at the right water temperature, quantity and pressure for each blend design, so they deliver our quality promise in the cup. Although the temperature of this machine cannot be increased manually, here are some tips to get a hotter coffee: - Use a cup of the size of your preparation. Using a larger cup will cool the mixture faster. - Clean the extraction chamber frequently (once a week). The cleaning will take approximately 5 minutes and you will find the instructions in your user manual. We hope this will help. Cheers!

I love Nespresso and Delonghi and this is the best of both worlds really.The machine came with 12 pods. There is No vibration and it actually does have a hot temperature. The milk frother is amazing.

This is our first experience so not much to compare to. Small cups for the tasty espresso would be helpful. Teenager likes the coffee and milk frother! We also purchased caramel and vanilla flavours to enhance the coffee experience! The coffee pods are bigger than I anticipated and I would like to be able to purchase in store rather than online. Would be great to buy sample boxes at a discount too as opposed to having to purchase 10 pods of the same at a time.
