Ordered online so had pictures to go off of. The top of the tree is full but the bottom half is so sparse no matter how much you try fluffing up the branches, flimsy. Only thing I liked about it is the colour. Definitely black. Will be returning

I ordered the 54" version as a secondary tree. It is pretty much your standard PVC tree. Not overly thick but enough foliage to make it look good. It is solid black. Set up was very easy and with the proper fluffing it will make an excellent display. Not top of the line quality but neither was the price. All in all a good value.

So, I placed an order for this tree since November 27th and it said it was shipped on the 29th and now it’s December 13th. I tried chatting with CS but they’re no help at all. Thanks for ruin my holiday spirit!

I Received a Green Tree

From the description and a customer review, I thought I was getting a black tree, but the tree I received is very green. This tree is not available for pick up where I live, so, as much as I would like a black tree, I will not reorder because the same thing could happen. Very disappointed. I'm done with Bed Bath & Beyond.

This tree is great - it was a great price for its mid-high quality, it's pretty close to what is described, and was and pretty easy to put together and fluff up. It also shipped quickly. It looks a little frosted in the pictures, but mine arrived jet black with no frosting, which I prefer. It is a great canvas for the Twinkly programmable lights that I added. A win, for sure.
