I ordered this as a gift for my doctor and she did not hesitate for one moment to let me know her displeasure with the gift. She said that her name does not mean what I had let the company choose. It has now been 28 days since she received this gift, and I was told by Bed Bath & Beyond that they place the order with Personalization Mall. Nowhere on Google or anyone else can the meaning they picked for the name be found and all I have asked for to this day is some proof. I called Personalization Mall myself and they promised to replace the item with just the name and no meaning and to email me the confirmation of that conversation but did neither. So basically, I am not happy at all with this item.

The bag itself is quite large and seems sturdy. I was disappointed with the monogram as the color was quite faded and the design did not stand out like I hoped it would. Therefore, 3 stars I have used Personalization Mall many times over the years,and will continue. Have always been very satisfied............
