My daughter loves this cup. She drinks from this at 9 months and uses a regular cup assisted. I used the cup so I know how it works... baby must bite the straw and suck at the same time.
My 16 month old loves the straw, but if you don’t line up the kid properly (even if it clicks) you’ll be cleaning up a trail of milk.

My son has an extremely bad tongue and upper lip tie, his feeding therapist recommended this cup to us and let me tell you it has been an absolute life changer for him. The only downside it the difficulty of cleaning and the extremely ridiculous straw brush that comes with it.

I tried pulling from this cup after my daughter got frustrated, oh boi, it felt as I was pulling my brain out. Locks great, however it such have easier function, it's for toddlers.
Absolutely amazing. My 8 month old loves this. Out of all the cups she’s tried this is the only thing that works for her. The weighted flexi straw makes it easy for her Move the cup around and still be able to drink her water From any direction.

Because of the valve and the straw, it is very difficult to suck anything up through it. Even when I tried it, I found it to be difficult. There is no way my child to get anything through the straw. Not worth spending a dime on at all. My child did much better with a regular straw and the Lollacup, which doesn’t have a valve in it.
