Purchased this from Menards a month ago. Entire family loves hand held that is easily put back up with magnet. A few in the family are short and love that the magnet pulls the hand held back onto the showerhead with out having to stretch up on toes to drop in the bracket. Daughter will purchase one for her home.

Used it just a few weeks and the plastic clamp nut that keeps the shower head in place cracked. It was NEVER over-tightened. I am a contractor myself and I know better. It is a poor design because if anyone tries to move the head just a tad too far it snaps that plastic nut. I was Leary when I first installed it but figured I would give it a try anyway. I have had good luck with Moen products in the past. Not so much with this one

Love this combo unit of fixed shower head and re-moveable wand. wand has shut off. Both have multiple settings. The magnetic feature on the wand ti great !!

I haven't unboxed it yet.

The Moen Engage Magnetix Chrome Six-Function Handshower And Rainshower Combo include washers at each connection. Please check the washers for debris, if there is no debris in the washers and the flow is strong out of the shower arm with the magnetic combo removed, please contact Moen directly for further assistance.

I bought this to replace another mowing bathroom showerhead and while I love the pressure of this one, it leaks. I checked the tightness (it cannot get any tighter where it connects to the main pipe), I had my neighbor come over and try, to the point where we have stripped the paint trying to tighten it, still leaks. Checked the washers, all present and in the right location. Incredibly frustrated. Now I have two showerheads I don't want. Highly disappointed Moen.

The Moen Engage Magnetix Chrome Six-Function Handshower and Rainshower Combo include a warranty with purchase. If you are using a metal shower arm you may need to use Teflon tape during installation.
