This is a beautiful bed with an elegant design that reminds me a bit of art deco style. It's a solid frame especially compared to my previous bed, as this one is secured with screws, has a whole roll of slats to hold up the mattress, and also has a support beam in the middle that's held up by four posts. It was easy to put together, and only took about forty-five minutes or so. It's easier to do with two people, but I'm sure one could manage if they had to. While the package includes the necessary Allan keys, you will need either a star-shaped screwdriver or preferably a drill to easily get the slats in place. I'm not sure whether this is the normal method for shipping, or perhaps if there was a mix-up due to COVID-19 and all the delays, but my headboard arrived about a week before the bed frame did. So just be cautious that there is a possibility for it to be shipped in two installments. I was able to clear this up with customer support who were very helpful. All in all, I really like this bed and hope the pictures give an idea of how lovely it can look in a home. I purchased the full/double size and it fits great in my bedroom.
