Meyer Confederation Nonstick 11-Inch Stainless Steel Covered Everyday Pan

I was specifically looking for a large non-stick pan to work on our induction stove. I wanted one with two small handles and a lid. I'm glad I bought this! It checks all the boxes and I'm glad to see its non-toxic and Canadian made as well. Happy with my purchase.

Excellent product. I have one myself and I bought this one for my daughter and son-in-law as I love mine so much. I own a number of Meyer products. They are wonderful to cook with and easy to clean. I would highly recommend their products.

I like this product. Use it because it fits the size I was looking for. I was looking for a smaller size around 10 to 12 to 13 cm. I have one from my old pots and pans but I cannot use it on the cooktop of my new induction oven. But I love the size still not sure of the non stick surface too early to tell how durable its stands up to my abuse. Love the fact that it’s easy to clean, light to handle has two handles so you can place it in the oven with another pot because the handles are short. I have used the lid and it is acceptable love that it is glass, you can see through. When used on my induction cooktop. This pan is great for searing and then placing in oven wth other things. Wish they made an 11 to 12 or 13 cm size. Great price, and well built.

Too soon to make an opinion. Only used it once, very well built love the design easy to use and very easy to clean. Not sure of the non stick surface cannot make an evaluation because I haven’t used it often enough. Price was right. I would recommend this piece if you are looking for a large quick roaster for stove top and then place in oven. Living in Ontario and I was looking for a similar product that I used often but when I purchased an induction oven I needed to replace all my cooking equipment. Glad that they came out with this product . Love the smaller one that they also make. I cook a lot in my household.

I am loving my new “Everyday” Pan and find that it has become my go to for all sorts of things! Gives a great sear and the non stick coating is fantastic!

I do alot of fusion cooking which often reguires multiple pots to complete. This has reduced the use of other pots while cooking significantly. Excellent all in one. Love the easy transition from stove top to oven

I have this pan in a smaller version and love it. It is great for steaming veggies in a hurry. Has a nice heavy bottom so heat conducts very well.
