The installation was quick and painless. The color is nice and subtle. After installation and a couple weeks of use, it looks to be very sturdy.
Returned after one day because the seat would not keep from moving because of the detachable seat bolts do not hold seat well to the toilet..

Love the fitting of the seat. Will buy again. Good price.
Within one hour of installation I noticed the tip of the seat cover was cracked. With the seat closed it is not visible. I am sure it must have been cracked when I received it since no amount of pressure was put on the cover by me during installation. Very disappointed and hope to be able return it.

Also easy to clean it & the bowl. Much sturdier than the plastic one I replaced. The only negative is that it isn't a gentle, easy close. I have to remember to take a moment to let the seat down gently.
Was glad to find a Tan seat… hard to find
I bought 2 of these toilet seats about 9 months ago . Whatever they are made out of smells bad. Both of my bathrooms smell. Even right after I clean them which I do almost everyday

I just bought this toilet seat to replace one I had before made by Mayfair. Thank goodness I did because I could not get the hardware off the toilet and the Mayfair seats are removeable. So I just put the new one on with the old hardware still attached to the toilet. It works fine,
It's a cheaper one, but I bought it because the commode will be replaced and didn't want to invest in an expensive one. The packaging says it can be removed for cleaning, but once it was installed could not figure out how to do that as there were no specific instructions with it.
Excellent design and manufacture, with solid hardware, smooth, rounded edges, and a slick finish. We are quite happy to have these seats both downstairs and up.
