I'VE BEEN CHANGING MY TOILET SEATS ANNUALLY FOR THE PAST 30+ YEARS. MOST WERE FAIR TO GOOD, BUT ALL OF THEM ALWAYS LOOSEN AND NEED TO BE TIGHTENED. SOME DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH SPACERS AND THE WHOLE SEAT WOULD MOVE, THIS COMPANY HAS A PATENT PENDING FOR STA-TITE SEAT FASTENING. OMG I'VE HAD THIS FOR AWHILE, IT HASN'T MOVED EVEN A HAIR. AWESOME!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND....
Fades really quick only had for a couple of months. You can’t clean with bleach.would of sent pic of how it was to discolored and ugly for you to see.

From start to finish I give my experience 5 star and excellent rating.
For a little more money, you will have a sturdy, elegant and easy to clean seat. I expect it will last longer than the plastic seats.

This has a very impressive finish and I suspect will be durable. The hinges are so much easier to clean around than the typical plastic ones. Definitely a high-quality addition to the home.
Great quality and look. No issues with seat loosening and moving.
I am very happy with the new toilet seat. It fits on the toilet bowl well. It looks clean and shiny. It did not have any odor like some people said they had from the product. I like it better than the one I had previously which was bought in one of the home builders box stores. I'd recommend this product.
I prefer wooden toilet seats to plastic. They are stronger; you can sit or stand on the closed lid if you want or need to. And this one has metal attachments which are much more secure and stable than the plastic ones.
Great seat but gives off bad smell even after several times of cleaning it I don’t know if it’s because of the wood finish because I’ve never had this issue with previous toilet seats.
