Luigi Bormioli Thermic Borosilicate Double-Wall Glass Cappuccino Mugs (Set of 2)

They are too wide at the top to resemble cereal bowls, not a proper coffee cup or mug. Coffee does not stay hot.

So, when I opened the box, the mugs were not quite as I'd expected. They are more bloated in real-life, not as sleek as they appear in the photos. There is a lot of space between the double walls. In other words, the void space on the bottom appears to be about 25%-30% of the cup. Unless of course you dutifully fill the cup to the brim with foam. Probably wouldn't have purchased these if I had seen it in person first, but decided to keep them anyhow. Lightweight (of the positive, delicate sort), blown glass (not cast), which is awesome except be prepared for some unevenness. As one can obviously see the waterline, there was a moment for me when I thought the table was lopsided. Received lots of compliments whilst enjoying coffee out of them on Zoom.

These mugs are fantastic! Love using them to make lattes and other coffee!

whwhy cant I get these glasses sooner

I bought 4 pieces in 1998. The glass are very thin and broke very easily. So I bought 4 more in 1999 after I ran out the cups. Again, they all broke within 6 months. Especially after putting in the dishwasher. Water all leaked through small holes on the bottom into the vacuum space between the walls. I am switching brands this time

My husband received 4 of these cups for Father's Day and they are all gone already. Unfortunately they break way too easily it's ridiculous. I am replacing with other Crate & Barrel cups that will last forever.

Love the mugs. Very elegant, lightweight. It’s a pleasure to use them.

Great mugs have been buying these for a few years BUT they are fragile.
