Love the corner loops that keep it in place. Feels just as good as a pillow-topped mattress.

Product sags quickly and feels uncomfortable. Thought a wash and dry would fluff it out, nope!.... After the first wash i put it in the dryer and it came out lumpy. i dont recommend. i would prefer a down pillow top instead.

Makes my firm mattress softer. The down alternative can be fluffed and pushed into original form.

We have only been using this mattress topper for a month, and it has developed 2 deep ruts where we lie. We are not big people, I shake it out, I rotate it, I run it through the dryer on no heat, nothing helps. It looks terrible when the bed is made, even with fluffy comforters on top. It is nice and soft, and does keep us from getting aches and pains from a pretty firm mattress. But it looks a mess, and feels as if we are sleeping in hammocks.

Very happy with the Topper. We have a pretty good pillow top mattress but it was still too hard for me. The topper changed the feel entirely! It adds comfort, stays in place and is easy to fluff when change sheets
