This clock is a life saver. Prior to this, my toddler would leave her room before it was time to get up. Since buying this, she has followed the colors to a science. It has definitely helped with bedtime and waking up in the morning, which in turn allows me to also get more sleep.

We just switched our 2yo to a toddler bed and hoped this clock would help him self-regulate sleep times. It works (a little) and he thinks it is cute. We don’t use the noise features or the alarm, but both are easy to set up. I wish the night light was a one-touch set-up, it’s a little trickier and we aren’t using it much. I also think the “yellow” color before it turns green is VERY similar to the green mode and my 2yo can’t tell the difference, so we had to stop using it. For the price, cuteness, and ease of use, I recommend this clock for other active kiddos.

My grandson is now on a sleep schedule. He loves it and so do we!

I bought this before my daughter turned 2. She’s now 2.5 and in the morning I see her on the monitor checking the clock and laying back down if it’s not green yet. She follows it so closely that she gets upset when she sleeps in and it’s no longer green.

It’s great having a clock in the little ones bedroom but this is the only feature we use. The whole light training thing doesn’t work with out Spirited kid. Which I get bc all kids are different. However, the music speaker is not good. The music volume doesn’t go very low and the speaker has a lot of static. Going to try to return for a replacement to see if my model was bad.

My 3 year old quickly understood the concept and is exited to go to bed when his clock goes to sleep. And won’t get out of bed until the clock wakes up.
