Just used the stuffed burger press for the fist time and it makes the perfect burger. We had used a different one before, but the burgers came out too thick...

Work's great just remember to use cooking spray on it so you can get the pattie out when finished

I use it, however I use it in conjunction with another press I have. Reason being, this unit alone, does not allow you to make as thick of a burger as I like. I like to be able to put more ingrediance inside, and make the burgers quite thick. Be sure and use wax paper on both sides of the patties, so they do not stick. With the two different presses, it works out fine.

A push out bottom to get the patty out, natural vacuume keeps in in and won't release it, use a butter knife and go around the outside to loosen it and MAYBE, MAYBE, it will come out in one piece.

I was very disappointed in the burger press. It makes a too thin patty. I like a nice thick pub type burger and this does not do the job. The diameter of the patty is over 4" making for a thin burger even using 8 oz of beef. This will definitely go back. There is another press available I will try that will hold 8 oz of beef but it is only 3" in diameter for a thick burger

very hard to to get burger out in one piece.not much room for stuffing.
