It's ok. The button for the light is on the side, so you have to hang it , on the left wall, so you can reach it. Price too high for what it is.

After one month the night light stopped working, after 3 months the low setting stopped working. The cord is too short or tight to comfortably use.

As stated in the headline, the cord could be longer and the night-light is lame (bright/harsh). I also wish it had a 'no heat' button or option, but that would have been in the description and I didn't consider it at the time, so I can't fault the Jerdon.

I have had wall mount hair dryers in my homes for decades. Hate the traditional ones that you plug, unplug, cool down then put away or keep out making clutter. On the wall, neat, clean, easiest things to install, work probably better and last longer than regular dryers. Love that this came in black which worked well with my black units in my gray bath. Just functional, reliable and beautiful.

It is defective, the dryer won't stay in the holder. We are going to return it and get another one

We love it, and the soft night light is very convienent for those nightly trips to the loo without having to turn on the lights. Five star inour book
