Screws too short for replacement brushes- pls advise on what size to actually buy or please resend. I've read several reviews saying this- maybe make a change in the actual kits moving forward? Disappointing

I have had my Roomba 700 series for a few years and loved it. Recently I purchased some new side brushes and found the screws are too short. They fall off quickly after starting. This is a recent problem. My previously purchased ones did not do this.

The screws provided with the replacement are too short to fit into my 675. And the old screw head is too wide to fit in the replacement. Looks like this is the problem for others as well. Is it possible to get new screws? Or could you tell me the correct screw size so I can get a replacement screw at a hardware store? Thanks!

I would give this zero stars if I could because it does not work-zero-not all. The brush falls off every time. I love my vacuum so I'm just disappointed.

I bought the side brushes and the screws are to short!!

These side brushes do not fit and hold in place on my 675 series. The brush pops into place however the screws included are too short and I attempted to use the original screw that came with the 1st sidebrush, it does not stay in place and falls off after 30sec of use. So I have a $200 paper weight sitting on my floor.

Use mine everyday ..... but once the original brush wore out and I bought replacements I have been really annoyed. The screws in replacement brushes are not long enough and the brush falls off almost immediately. Therefore, I am. It getting the best clean that is possible . Please correct this !

The screw is a flat head and doesnt sit inside the plastic holder so the brush can snap in place and run smoothly. I bought this thinking that's all I needed. After 10 min and 1 small bump between my kitchen and loving room (both wood floors) it came apart. I'm gonna buy the module and see if that is better.
