I am a back sleeper with neck issues. The pillow arrived and appeared to be used. I covered it just to try it and my head sunk into the pillow; I have no idea how this is a support pillow. Returning.

I can’t wait to go to sleep! This pillow is so perfect. It’s not too hard, it’s not too soft, it’s just right. Memory foam pillows always give me neck aches because they’re too firm and then I can’t sleep. This pillow is soft but it is still supportive. I love it!

I bought one Indulgence pillow for my Wife as she's pretty picky about her pillows based on the description that wouldn't get lumpy. I was tired of buying new pillows every year. I was careful to wash them per instructions and even with that, they became lumpy. So now we have four pillows to throw away and begin the search for comfortable pillows that stay soft and lump-free.
