So I purchased this and I was so excited when I got it but when I opened the box one of my mugs were broken so here i am upset and I really don’t try to go out because of COVID but I’m going to have to return this not happy at all
I ordered this product and it arrived broken, I need to know how to recover it
vey nice set good design and perfect for serving turkish coffee.
Good thing I was only interested in the rack itself because one of the cups arrived completely shattered. I didn’t return it. Too much trouble. And my own little set fit perfectly. It would have been very disappointing.
I have not used these cute little cups because I have not yet created a Workflow with them yet. But so could see myself making a double shot of espresso with .5 oz syrup mixed and set into a 3 pc Affogato Felicita portable workflow.
Thin paint. Poor quality. So many pieces broken that it took 2 sets to total 1 set.
I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE IT MATCHES OUR KUERIG BUT IT IS REALLY CUTE AND EVERYONE COMPLIMENTS THE SET
I should have known better all the reviews said they were were received broken but I thought I would be the exception. Wrong! Very poor quality one was broken completely in half and one had a big chip out of it. Promptly returned it to the store. Glad to have a great return policy.
