Not only does the magnetic charger not work with a magnetic charging case, but it only has USB and most charging cables nowadays are USB-C! So I still use my plug in charger connected to the outlet in the wall and use this as an over priced alarm clock and watch charger. I’m ready to return it, but waiting until I find the right one!
What time is this? Purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond in May and by September the numbers started to go out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this product as I have limited space, and this was a perfect size to be able to meet all my charging needs. The charge is super fast and I really enjoy the clock feature as well. Great product!

This product will lose functionality before you've had it a few months. The lights go out making it a really expensive charger.
This clock lost most of its lights before it was even a year old.
I really wanted to like this product, but was let down. Most everything works as advertised. The caveat is that the phone charging portion will not charge your phone if you have any form of phone case on your phone. Works great with a naked phone, but that’s it. Sorely disappointed in this product.
My TIMEBASE PRO+ Digital clock has begun to fade out and the only solution is to send it away to get fixed. Which will cost a good chunk of money to ship from outside of United States

Do not buy this I home alarm clock!! Time display was unreadable after 4 to 6 months and Best Buy will not exchange or time back!!
