LED display is great, charging capacity and dual alarms is convenient

Had to return because the LED display is so bright it lit up the room at night. Had to cover the clock to sleep.

Was expecting something a little better for around $80. Opened the box, plugged in unit and enough of the LEDs were non-functional that you couldn't really tell what time it was. The sound quality leaves a lot to be desired as well. I was not expecting the very best sound but this sounds like a 1970s AM radio. Returning it to the store.

The product is nice, the size and features are really good for me; however, the LED display lights are going out and I cannot read some of the numbers. Further, this is the 2nd iHome clock (same model) that this has happened to. iHome support has replaced the defective clock but it is a inconvenience to have to return it so they can evaluate it and determine if it can be repaired or replaced, meantime I am without a clock/charger. I do not recommend this clock until they change out the LED module/supplier.

Like the Qi feature - makes it so easy to power up the phone. BT connection easy and seamless. No complaints. For a small device, the sound is not bad. Only thing that is a negative is the red flashing light.

This alarm clock does not work at all

The good: The unit looks great, has Qi and USB charging capabilities that work well, and has a speaker that’s good enough for a bedside application. The bad: If you’re considering purchasing it, you’ve likely read the reviews about the unit’s awkward controls and the issues with the “Snooze/Dimmer” mechanism. I can tell you with 100% certainty that while using the Qi charger on my iPhone 8, any app alert (e.g., Calendar, News, Amazon, eBay, etc.) will actuate the Snooze/Dimmer “button”. I “button” is not a button in the strict sense that it’s not mechanical…it’s actually a sensor. Interference from the phone will cause the dimmer function to cycle through its settings. It will go from High…to Level 3…to Level 2…to Low…and then start all over again. The iHome engineers weren’t having a good day that day. All that being said, I KEPT THE DARN THING!!! I like it enough to put up with the annoying features and just hope iHome can come up with a fix with a firmware update – which you access through the iHome app.
