the on/off button is very slow to respond ~ to the point of no return return! One star for magnification. the mirror does not stay in place on its swivel from regular to 7x magnification and vice versa. I have to hold in place

How do I get a replacement mirror ? Lovd the mirror but I dropped it

I have ordered a total of 4 Vanity Mirrors. I finally found the best of the best. I highly recommend this product. Even though it is a bit pricey, it is well worth the it. It's features are great!

I purchased 2 high end makeup mirrors for Christmas presents. One for me and one for my daughter. Mine stopped working 2 days ago, no lights, no blue tooth connections, nothing works. I tried different plugs, and reset it several times. I’ve only had it a few months. I am so disappointed . I have read similar reviews about these same issues with this brand. Glad I kept my old mirror

I love this mirror but the light will not turn on. I have reset the mirror by turning it on and putting a pin in the reset button. I have also held down the power button while sticking a pin in the reset. I pretty much pushed all of the buttons while trying to reset the mirror, lol. The power button turns on and makes a noise but the light still will not work. I have only had the mirror for a year and thought ihome products lasted longer than that.

Now I can’t turn off Bluetooth noise and the light won’t work so now it’s useless to me.

This a great mirror! I’ve had it for a few years and it still turns on/off and the bluetooth works great! The lights just stopped working after years though. Is there anyway to replace the lights? It’s a great mirror though!!
