Great Clothes Rack!
I just added my 3rd unit to store my winter coats, sweat jackets, heavy shirts... in my basement instead of humping all this stuff into attic storage via pull down stairs twice a year. These units are truly heavy duty. They come almost built and all you have to do is connect the pipe lengths. I've added some additional functionality to these units. I purchased stock 16" 4 ft lengths of Closet made shelving. I took nippers and clipped the 4th fine wire (on each side of shelf) about an inch from the middle of shelf support (the bigger wire running the other direction. Remove the 2 spring clamps attached to bottom tube on clothes rack which are for folding the unit up between uses (keep those just in case you ever want that functionality later). Carefully slide the wire shelving down the vertical posts (after temporarily removing the top section of clothes rack. The vertical posts will pass right near where you nipped the shelf wire. Drop the wire shelf all the way down to the bottom. Make the front edge of the shelving that hits the front section of the clothes rack. Cut the shelf at those marks (2 cuts per side) and bend the shelving lip up so the shelf can now sit flat of the bottom supports of the clothes rack. I used some white zip ties to better secure the shelf to the clothes rack. I also used some white duct tape to reconnect the 2 cut wires in the shelving. If you have someone helping it is possible that you don't have to nip the 2 small wires. The second person can help pulling the vertical supports out but doing by yourself it's just way easier to make the 2 nips. The shelf on the bottom allows you to store winter boots and even storage containers (my wife loves this update to the shelf). One other thing I'd add is if using in basement, apply a nice auto wax to the entire unit. If you add the shelf at bottom make sure you do the wax before putting the shelf on. For some cheapo reason I ordered a similar "heavy duty" unit from the big A and it was poor quality. I put it together and it was unsteady without any clothes hanging on it. Back it went. The unit at BBB is more expensive but not that much after using a 20% off coupon plus free shipping. Mine arrived in 3 days which was awesome.

BB&B used to carry a fabulous rack that looks just like this one, BUT IT WAS A DIFFERENT MAKER AND WAS $30 CHEAPER. This new maker "Honey Can Do", is definetly a DON'T. The metal on this rack is not as thick or as strong as the other brand. This one comes pre-assembled and the buttons don't work to "break it down". Once you finally get the pieces to fit together you can't adjust the buttons. The buttons don't hold the sides up once you hang anything on it. The soldering is rough and this really is a piece of junk. Once assembled, the rack is actually crooked and leans. IT'S GOING BACK. Please bring back your other maker of this rack, because it was great quality.

Sturdy, just what I needed
This rack is very sturdy, it 4holds a lot of clothes. Easy to assemble. Ends of the top pole extend (if desired) to hold more clothes. Folds flat if needed for storage.
Not commercial but is good
I have commercial garment racks and this one is definitely not in the same league strength and weight wise but it will do for a home garment rack.

Once you finally get the pieces to fit together you can't adjust the buttons. The buttons don't hold the sides up once you hang anything on it. Please bring back your other maker of this rack, because it was great quality.

came damaged in transit
One of the wheels is bent. And messes up the aesthetic of the garment rack. Because of this the garment rack does not roll properly. waited forever for this to arrive and I’m disappointed
