very disappointed. It stops to work right after 3 months.

I live in a very dry climate so this is the perfect aid for dry skin, nasal congestion, etc. I especially love the quiet operation, top handle, and easy to refill top portal…actually love all the features! Only downside is we have really mineralized water so have to use distilled water which is sometimes hard to come by and expensive.

Except for the fact that it died in month four - I was so impressed with the ease of cleaning this humidifier with the exception of the tube part which they just do not understand that it needs a way of cleaning that. Waiting to hear from HoMedics as to what they intend to do about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I havent used this humidifier many times but when i used it it was amazing. Helped my son to sleep at night when he had a cold. Was easy to use. The only thing o didnt like about it was the light but only cause we like to sleep in a pitch black room other than that I do recommend it cause its amazing product.

I bought this in replacement for the older model and it stop producing mist today. This is the second time this design fails me. Contacting customer service and waiting for their response was like waiting the stars to fall. Not sure what is the next step to quickly get moisture in the house with such investment.

QUIET. seriously sooo much quieter than the other humidifier i own. three levels of output. large tank. i add slightly less than a gallon of distilled water every few days while using in evenings only. not having to take it apart to fill is wonderful for me. honestly, i will probably buy another.

Didn’t give us the results we were looking for.

Purchased last winter, it was working well. I barely used it this year, then started to when my son had a sore throat. It’s very dry here in winter. I used it a couple nights in a row, then when I turned it on the lights turn red and it shuts itself off. I’ve tried unplugging it for awhile. The tank is full and it had brand new filter cartridges in it. It’s too late to return to the store and Homemedics was unresponsive when I emailed their customer service. For me, this item was a waste of money and frustrating.
