Haven™ Towel Warmer in White/Wood

We received this as a gift at first it worked great but unfortunately it only worked once. We tried different plug ins moving it around and anything we could think of and couldn’t get it to turn on. Returned it to the store and got a second one…the second worked 3 times and the same problem again. BBB won’t take it back because they already replaced it once. Such a waste of money.

To leave a bath or shower and have a warm luxurious large towel to wrap up in- pure luxury! No more chilly times! My guests enjoy it also! And I get asked ‘where did you get it?” I need one for my home, too”. Whoever created this- God bless them!

Like everyone else it stopped heating towels just after it left the return window.

This product is not worth the money. It lasted 3 months and just stopped working.

I LOVED this towel warmer! Unfortunately, it didn’t work for even two months. It still turns on, but it won’t heat up. This was a gift (purchased well before being given to me) and Bed Bath & Beyond won’t even consider a replacement. The product and the company have both disappointed me greatly.

The towel warmer worked great for about 65 days. At that time I couldn’t return it to the store and there is no manufacturers warranty on it. The best BBB could do for me was offer 20% of my money back. Needless to say, I won’t be doing much shopping there anymore!!

Initially, we loved the product which received as a gift! It stopped turning on at 93 days after purchase- just outside the return/exchange window.

If you have two large towels that have not been used, the towel warmer with the cover ON will steam them as if they were just used and it wouldn't heat them evenly or through both. This works with the timer on longer or not. Also doesn't matter if you lay them in loosely or not. I've tried it with 1 large towel with no change in the performance.
