Worked fine for approximately 6 months then stopped working. The blue light will come on however the unit will no longer heat the towels. Sad statement for something as expensive as this unit is. Six months of service is hardly acceptable for something that realistically should last years. Very unhappy with the lack of quality.

It worked for about 6 months and did a great job warming our towels, and we LOVED it! But then, one day, just stopped working. Blue light turns on and stays on and it doesn't warm up anymore. Hopefully I can get it replaced.

Bought this for my MIL for christmas. Worked fine until June 3 2022 when it abruptly quit warming. Blue lights on,but never gets warm. They don't stand by this product after 6 months so I'm screwed for a replacement.

Stopped working after 18 months

I’ve been wanting a towel warmer for a long time now and researching them I found there are so many on the market! I went with a friends recommendation and found this one. I really really love it. First it looks nice in the bathroom, simple design. It heats up towels nice and warm and I notice it only takes about 15 minutes to get to the best heat! I took one star away because the only drawback is I would like handles on it to make moving it simpler, it’s not heavy at all just a little awkward. Overall I’m very happy with purchase and I do recommend it.

We received this as a gift at first it worked great but unfortunately it only worked once. We tried different plug ins moving it around and anything we could think of and couldn’t get it to turn on. Returned it to the store and got a second one…the second worked 3 times and the same problem again. BBB won’t take it back because they already replaced it once. Such a waste of money.

This is a great gift for someone who likes a warm towel after a shower or bath. I started using it the first night. MMMM...It is like a warm towel hugs after a shower. Also great for warming towels for pet baths.

Bought this for my grandsons baths. Glad I tested it. Would not turn on no matter how many outlets I tried or reading the instructions over and over. What a disappointment!. Will be returning ASAP!
