I love this & it really helps my son fall asleep and stay asleep but the Bluetooth sucks. There’s nothing more infuriating then feeding my son & trying to adjust the sound machine & the Bluetooth telling me i can’t connect.

This is the third Rest that we’ve owned. We used the first for 3 years but it was the older model and the charge port was different and ended up breaking. Our second works perfectly. This one unfortunately is not working correctly. Sometimes it makes it through the night without malfunctioning but more often than not, the sound stutters, shuts off, or fluctuates. This morning I could hear it turn off and then turn back on with a blast before settling to the right volume. There have been a handful of times where after it had been unplugged and then plugged back in, the sound just would not turn on at all. The light would, but no sound would come on at all. This is super frustrating and disappointing considering how much it costs and how much my child usually loves their sound machine.

We liked it a lot while using it. It had good sounds and we loved the blue tooth function. But it completely broke after 10 months which is ridiculous for something so expensive yet simple. It’s made to use all the way through the toddler and child years which clearly isn’t possible if it doesn’t last. After ours broke we found several reviews saying the exact same thing, so I think this is a common problem. We found another one for the exact same price but does so much more! It has so many more sounds and even storytelling. It also has a projector for the same link. We bought that brand instead.

I appreciate the fact that my regular delivery was upgraded to same day delivery, however based on the picture that was sent to me, the box wasn’t wrapped as I was charged for. Therefore I should not be charged for the gift wrapping. Please review picture at the time of drop off to the recipient front door. Thank you.

We had our hatch for 8 months and it stops working for no reason. I unplug and plug it again and no luck.

Within four days of using this my 10 week old went from sleeping 2-4 hours at a time to 5-7. Wish I had purchased it sooner!

We got the Hatch after our adult sound machine died. I love most of it. It’s great that you could turn in on from your phone, when baby (14 months) old is asleep in car, i can turn it on before bringing her into the house/her room. Sometimes, when rocking her to sleep, I blast the lullabies and switch it to something else before putting her down for nap. In the mornings, we can turn on the light for her, switch the sound to birds, give her a second to process it’s okay to be up and that we acknowledge that she is awake. What I don’t love about it: don’t care for most of the sounds, we use 3 only, don’t love that the buttons are underneath (not everyone can figure out apps), we’ve had it for 5 months and the speaker is not at its best anymore.

I do like this sound machine. The app works well. I like the different color and sound options. It is also nice to be able to set schedules. Now the cons. The buttons are on the bottom of, meaning you have to pick it up to use them. They also never work, I have to unplug and plug the sound machine back in for the buttons to work.
