My daughter, who loves to cook, was very delighted and surprised to see her name on her new recipe box. I included a long sought family recipe that I tucked inside. Her birthday gift excitement tickled my heart! I really appreciated that the design on top wasn’t trendy so that it will be a joy for a long time.

It came as ordered. it's very well done but I'm disappointed I didn't check the size. I have had my own beautiful heavy recipe box for decades. I'm gifting this one but the 4 x 6" cards do not fit. The 3" x 5" cards fit. So small to be writing a recipe. I'm looking to buy a different one because of the size and because of the weight. It is really light. Adding cards will increase the weight. It doesn't feel substantial.
