I read many reviews that were negative on this product! But I decided to purchase anyway, as I knew I could return it if I didn't like it. Well I purchased it this morning and tried it already. I am thrilled with it. It worked very well for my brows. Also, I did not need to pull my skin tight in order for it to work properly. All I can say is that I am very happy with how my brows turned out and it was effortless. It goes to show that each individual will have their own opinion of a product! You need to try it yourself! But I am 100% happy with it and I highly recommend it!
I just bought this yesterday and I am very disappointed. It worked ok in between the brows, but not so well above, below and the outside corners of the brows. I'm still better off sticking with plucking. I will be returning it.

I love the product BUT they do not offer replacement tips for this product so you will need to buy a new one every time yours gets dull. Very disappointed in this since they do offer replacement heads for all other products.

I love it. Is excellent.
My brow and face removal does not work . My face removal kinda works just takes multiple times to go over . My brow one just simply does not remove anything the blade doesn’t even hurt to touch when I remove the top on my brow remover

I see there are 6 questions that have NOT been answered. By not answering the questions shows that your company does NOT stand by the product. I love the item, but just like some others, I would like answers for I cannot afford to buy another one! I cannot recommend a product when a company cannot take the time to answer important questions.
