I bought 2 chairs because of the great price. Bought chairs had started to work unravel in my one area at the top. It’s an easy fix but it’s be chair came with NO Assembly tools!! Now I have to go and try and find tools at a hardware store for something I paid for.

My package came with no instructions and no hardware. Please help

This chair is gorgeous! Also, unlike some (more expensive) it is really deep and wide! I do not feel cramped at all. It’s about a 30 minute assembly for the chair and went very smoothly . I am pushing 60 and 5’2” so I did need to take the product out of the heavy box piece at a time… wonderful purchase! The chair in photo is in between the skinny picture and the wide picture. Not sure why these are distorted but you get the idea

beautiful chair in a light white/cream/ivory color. The top piece came with one wire unravelled. Looked like a little pig's tail. The company wouldnt just send a replacement piece, so that was inconvenient. I was not about to lug this big chair over to a store.

It shipped quickly. When I unpacked it I noticed some of the wicker was unraveling. I had read that in some of the reviews and felt like it was too much of a pain to return seeing as someone else was reshipped another damaged product. The wicker was a little dirty? Maybe from sitting in a warehouse, I don’t know. MOST of it I was able to wipe off but seeing as this is a very white product there are spots that I feel are noticeable. When I took out the cushions from the plastic I noticed it was stained/dirty. Gross and a bummer. Hope it comes off when I wash it. The instructions were easy except that the middle part didn’t line up quite right so I needed someone else’s help to hold it together when I put the screw in. It should’ve taken 20 min or so but needing the additional help made it take a little longer, it was tough to align. The top part went on just fine. We’re using it indoors in our 3 season porch which is why I wish it just came looking better. If we were using it outside I probably won’t care so much.

This chair is so cute. It arrived quickly and was packaged well so there was no damage. I was able to put it together on about 30 minutes. super easy assembly. it's sturdy and I think it will be fine outside but I would recommend putting it under cover for weather to help prevent rusting. I am so happy I bought it.

I opened the box and the wicker was unraveling, so I sent it back to the warehouse. Two weeks later I received the new chair with the same problems. I urge everyone not to buy this chair. Save your money and Tylenol because dealing with customer service has been god awful as well.

It came broken, the plastic is already unwinding all over
