Works great. Only required around an hour in the refrigerator to get a creamy Greek yogurt. We used the instapot method for 36 hours at 100 degrees and used 3 quarts half and half even tho the strainer was for two.

I make Greek yogurt about every week and the idea of using this versus a colander was great. But the stainless steel filter broke after the second use and the bowl cracked after the 5th use. Great idea but bad quality. I would look for another brand.

I love this yogurt strainer and use it every time I make yogurt. It makes such thick Greek Style yogurt and is so much easier than lining a strainer with cheesecloth and straining it.
