When going to put product together, I found that the headboard had been damaged. I had the best customer service representative that found our out of stock part and had it to us, within a week. Our baby was needing a bed that was bigger than our bassinet but smaller than our full crib and this product is perfect for us. After replacement part, crib is sturdy and cute.

Was so excited for this as its it perfect size for my bedroom. Sold as a 4-in-1 but box says 3-in-1????Crib came broken and I was going to ignore it at first until I realized how dangerous it was. How could this be sold as a baby product????!?!

I bought this for my daughter. We haven’t used it yet. The instructions were kind of hard to understand. However i love it and it’s beautiful and seems to be pretty sturdy. I also have the matching changing table.
