WORST PRODUCT EVER !!!! leaks everywhere and have a good time refilling coz thats a whole new task

This is a product you definitely want to purchase. I purchased it as a gift and the recipient's were thrilled. Definitely a 5 star gift for either yourself or others.

Purchased this bottle warmer and sterilizer prior to our first child being born 6 weeks ago and regret it. In between uses sitting on the counter, it leaks. Opening the lid to warm a bottle or remove a bottle, it gets water everywhere. Refilling the water reservoir, it leaks. I’d love to hear the thought process behind this product from the designers.

Worst product ever. Does not work at all. Even when you enter what temp milk you are putting in, the amount of ounces, and the kind of bottle (glass or plastic).. it doesn’t heat it correctly. It’s never even warm. Makes it room temp at best. Don’t waste your money.

I have all Dr Brown’s bottles so I got this. It is quick to use but I play around with the time a lot. It has a 1 minute cool down which essentially continues to warm the bottle up so take that into account how hot the bottle will be. In order to avoid burning hands I use tongs to open the lid and shake the bottle to mix the milk around. What I absolutely hate is the water reservoir. It has the most absurdly small hole to refill and I often spill water all over the counter. I haven’t used the sanitizer function because it just seems so exhausting to do one bottle at a time.

I was real happy and hopeful to get this item because all my bottles are from Dr.Browns. But what a disappointment smh this item leaks all over my countertop and either isn’t warm or wayyyy too hot.

This is the worst baby item I own. It NEVER heats up the actual bottle I do not understand. We fill up the annoyingly small water tank in the back, set the oz correctly- and wait the 4 whole minutes for it to heat only to have the top of the bottle burn our hands and the bottom be ice cold. A microwaved cup of water will save you $50. This product absolutely is the worst. It’s to late to return and I’m not going to give it to some poor soul to get frustrated with so into the dumpster it goes. A huge waste of money.

saw this product bought it and loved it, i breastfeed so now i see there is a breastfeeding model looks like same kind and all.. makes me wonder is this one not used for breastfeeding bottles?
