Ahoy there! One of my favorite books is "In the Heart of the Sea" by Nathaniel Philbrick. It's a fantastic telling of the true story and misadventures of the Nantucket whaler The Essex in the Pacific Ocean. This shower curtain brings me right into that tale every time I walk into the bathroom! It also appeals to my "interesting" sense of humor! If you're an history buff, and adventure story enthusiast, or just enjoy a little dark humor, this shower curtain might be just what the doctor ordered!

I was super excited when I saw this on the website because it matches the colors in my bathroom perfectly...but when it arrived, it was completely different. My version looks like a night scene, where the ocean is black, the ship a dark bronzy brown, the sky a dark pixelated turquoise, and the whale - also pixelated - very hard to see. I was going to return it and try for one matching the picture, but decided it was way scarier and so kept it. My only "complaints" are that the fabric is noisy and the dark colors make it really dark in my shower :^(. Still, it's a cool design and makes my bathroom more fun.

Shower curtain is perfect! Quality is great and the whimsical design makes me smile every time I look at it.
