I read all the reviews before buying this product and love it so far. Some of the complaints were adjustment knob broke and most were handheld hard to take off. If you read the instructions, it tells you how to remove the handheld portion from the fixed portion. Best to practice release of the handle BEFORE installing. Install is super easy and removing the handle and adjusting the settings are too. Easiest way I can describe removing the handle: while holding the handle, pull the handle forward and tilt the top backward (like opening a soda can backwards). Easy peasy! Water pressure is great but I know this can vary per household. Oh and rinsing the shower is a breeze now. I bought 2 more for my other bathrooms.

Works well if you take out the water suppressor. The hand held can be a little tight when trying to remove but snaps back in easy enough. I like the look and spray now and like the idea of having both hand held and shower head one unit. Just wish it released easier

Product is nice but you need heavy water pressure, which I do not have, for the massage settings

My 10 y.o. cheap water pik was better than this. If the hose didn't break, I wouldn't be replacing it. Delta is going back tomorrow. Keep shopping.

pressure is horrible. doesn't work well together. it's either one works but not the other. and even when you turn the other off it still doesn't give you pressure where you can actually feel it

Has longer metal hose for spray attachment but that's where the + ends. With the hose exception it's entirely *plastic*!!!! The handheld is nearly impossible to remove. I tried various ways and did not even install because I was concerned I would break the entire shower head! I read the reviews and decided to try---returning before even installed.

...it is not bad. I don’t like the way the hand held latches in place. I had used one where it was magnetic and easily came off the base and attached back again. This one is so tight you have to hold the base with one hand and pull the hand held with the other. Otherwise I like it!
