I am very happy with the excellent performance of my new Livenza Convection oven that replaced a 20 year old model that finally burned out.

We purchased this Livenza True Convection oven hoping it would be the one that would last and unfortunately the build quality of this oven is like many on the market nowadays, it doesn't last too long after the warranty period. Our oven was purchased in January of 2020. It's about to be January 2022, and the top dial for time is failing. It will not adjust the time at all and is extremely frustrating. I had hoped to get some feedback from the company or through the retailer because of the price of this oven, however, that has gone unaddressed. I'll go back to another brand that had 2 and 3-year warranties. It was great for a year but then it all started to go downhill. Oh well.

I have and use this oven every day to cook just about anything. Most importally it cooks fast and does the best job.. For chicken it is great, For fish and steaks, rack of lamb, chops it is the BEST. Never dry or over cooked. but you must know how to time it because it is faster then a conventual oven. There are other confection oven that i have tried but this one is the best i have tried. i have been using this oven for 20 years. it is my second one because i wanted the new up grades.

What a disappointing product. I purchased this 3 years ago - DeLonghi Toaster Oven Model # EO241250, purchased Jan 2018. The issue is, a few weeks ago, the oven's power function stopped working. Completed the troubleshoot and no avail. I emailed customer service and was advised to call in Customer Care. The person I spoke with was very friendly but gave me zero options to fix or troubleshoot. This is my first Delonghi product and absolutely love this Toaster oven for it's sleep design and functionality. Do Delonghi products usual run its course after 3 years? If so, this will be the last time I'll purchase a Delonghi product again Very disappointing experience.

I use this oven every night four dinner. It broils fish, rack of lamb, burgers, steaks all to perfection. Convection cooking is the absolutely best way to cook. It broils half a chicken in spread out, in a half hour. It has elements on the top and the bottom, and plenty of room for the fan on the side to circulate the hot air. It cooks evenly without drying your meat out. This is my second oven because they are difficult to keep clean so after 20 years i threw it out and bought a new one. Because the oven is not over sized, it can get very hot and cook quickly. I think every kitchen should have one. If you love to cook. And eat well. I would not be without it.

Back in Sept of 2018 I was in the market for an updated toaster oven and figured instead of buying a cheap one at the local walmart, I would go a little more fancier. I'm a huge toaster oven user as we have a family of 3 and cooking in a traditional oven just doesn't make sense for us. When this thing worked, we were extremely pleased with it, we toasted, baked & broiled. However 2 days ago I went to warm up some food and smelled something a bit odd. So I turned off the unit, cleaned out the bottom (even though we have kepted it pretty darn clean for an oven and gave it another go. Today in an attempt to toast some bread, 30 seconds into the cook I heard a frizzing snapping sound followed by a POP! A puff of smoke came out the top and the until will not power on. So sad to see that this unit, 2 and even 3 times the cost of some of the other units I bought only comes with a 1 year warranty. Even more sad, when you google around, you seem people having a similar problem and it prematurely looks to be from a similar time frame.. did I get a bad batch?! I have to see if I can find a handy man that can possibly repair it but now my wife doesn't feel safe with the unit and wants me to replace it. So unbelievingly frustrating that we allow manufactures to get away with this level of service. What does my money pay for. I also noticed while looking into my warranty that if my unit was in the warranty window, I would have to pay to ship it to them?!? Word of advice, get a 3rd party warranty that will either pay for your shipping or send someone over to repair/replace

I received this oven a few weeks ago. I had trouble deciding between this oven and a competitors oven. I am so glad I purchased this one. I have made brownies, cakes, salmon, spareribs, etc etc etc.... in this oven it is wonderful!! Would defiantly recommend to all!

After much deliberation , and trying to decide between the breville and the de’longhi. I decided to order the de’longhi. True perfection. Love it!!
